Creates a new tag.

New-BrokerTag [-Name] <String> [-Description <String>] [-UUID <Guid>] [-LoggingId <Guid>] [-AdminAddress <String>] [<CommonParameters>]

Creates a tag that can be associated with other objects using Add-BrokerTag.
